Shop Policies

Thank you for triple checking that you are ordering the correct size.  For the safety of our customers, all sales are final on plugs - no returns or exchanges.  If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to the shop within 4 days of delivery.

All plugs are paired, weighed and packed by hand before shipping.  Each plug is packed separately within crush rated shipping containers to provide insulation against travel vibrations and drops during transit.

Once your order is shipped, it is the responsibility of USPS and your local carrier to deliver your package safely and in a timely manner. All packages are shipped USPS First Class Mail with tracking unless an upgrade has been added to your order.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the shop is still shipping early or on time at the latest, but shipping transit times may vary dependent on your region.  Thank you for your patience, the shop has no inside information on tracking updates and can only see what USPS displays for the customer as well.

If USPS declares your item list in transit, please submit a USPS Missing Mail Claim and forward your claim number when contacting the shop so that we can process a replacement or refund.
